Getting started

How do I join a club?

Events tab → All public, or the club page from a post. Open clubs add you right away; clubs that approve members show Request to join and an admin accepts you. Invite links from a club add you automatically when you sign up.

I signed in with Apple and my name was wrong

Apple shares your name only the first time you use it with an app. Fix it any time in Settings → Edit profile.

Events

What do Open play, King of the court and Tournament mean?

Open play: the app makes each round from whoever checks in, rotating partners and byes fairly. King of the court: doubles ladder; winners move up a court. Tournament: brackets and divisions.

I'm on the waitlist. What now?

The event is full. You're notified the moment a spot opens; the organizer can also add you directly.

Can I withdraw?

Yes, from the event page. If the event has a buy-in, the organizer's refund window applies (shown on the event).

Running a club

How do I start a club?

Settings → Start a club, or the link under the club list. Every request is reviewed; you'll hear back within a day. Once approved you're the club's admin.

Who sees an invite-only event?

Only the people you pick, plus the club's organizers. They get a notification and see it on Home and Events; nobody else can find or join it.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account, or see delete account.
